This drawing tool is FREE. I've spent a lot of time looking for a properly implemented Raff Regression Channel drawing tool. All I found was a fairly useless indicator (why would this be an indicator???) and a couple very overpriced drawing tools that I could not verify as being calculated properly. Bottom line, the Raff Channel is a really cool channel tool and it should be included with NinjaTrader by default but has been overlooked for years. So, if you've been looking for a Raff Channel tool then I hope this one works for you!
I also realize it's difficult to find examples of how to code drawing tools so I've tried to use 'best practices' where possible in the code for this one and have commented it as much as I felt was practical. That way, you can more easily study this drawing tool and make any changes you need or even draw some inspiration for making your own unique drawing tools! I hope, for those of you looking to learn, this is a good example of making a reliable drawing tool within the NinjaTrader platform.
