This add-on is FREE. It is a simple tool to make using and navigating between multiple charts and/or multiple screens easier. For fellow coders out there, especially those new to add-on programming, this tool should provide a great starting point for learning how to make an add-on from scratch. There are deceptively many elements involved in this simple tool ranging from creating menus, creating a custom window with drop-down controls, action subscriptions and handlers, window iteration and cross-thread/cross-window operations. I've tried to comment the code extensively and make logically structured commits to the git repo so that you can follow along with the code step-by-step.

Highlights the cursor in any chart window over which the mouse is hovering.
- highlights active chart crosshair, applies inactive colour to all other crosshair pointers
- integrated into Control Center menu within own sub-menu
- custom simple settings window using custom drop-down colour choosers
- label foreground colours are auto-calculated so they are always visible (either black or white)
- stores settings in XML for persistence
- resets all cursors to inactive colour on being disabled
- reads skin settings when creating settings window, hopefully decent integration with all skins (including custom ones)
- coded as an addon to allow fast and correct interaction across windows
- packaged as DLL for easier distribution and updating
